Political science would brboaply be the best major for any type of lawyer-to-be, but since you want to be an immigration lawyer, I suggest you also study international relations or a similar subject, possibly making it your minor or at least taking a few related classes if possible. After you complete your undergraduate career, you will have to go to law school. At some point I’m sure you’ll be able to specialize in immigration or something similar.
