NJ Senator Bob Menendez will reveal later today the results of a survey that looks at the representation of women and people of color in the leadership of Fortune 500 companies. Latino Justice PRLDEF says it’s prepared to sue Virginia or any of the state’s agencies if police are authorized to investigate the immigration status of persons stopped or arrested. The civil rights group successfully fought off anti-immigrant ordinances in Hazleton, Pa.
